General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Contractors License Required - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Liquidated Damages: $1000/day late for Substantial Completion, $500/day late for Final Completion Days to Substantial Completion: 90 Days to Final Completion: 30 Total Construction Time: 120 Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of at least 90 days from date of opening.
