The City of Crisfield is seeking a qualified professional to provide stormwater and ditch maintenance activities for the City of Crisfield to help reduce the flooding in major flood prone areas. Proposers must include all labor cost, materials, and equipment needed. Interested parties must demonstrate qualifications, experience, and abilities to accomplish and support all aspects of the prescribed scope of work in a cost-effective manner. The City will rely upon the contractor's expertise and experience to suggest the best stormwater and ditch maintenance activities that will provide the best impact for the City of Crisfield. The City of Crisfield (hereinafter referred to as the "City") is requesting proposals from qualified professionals to provide stormwater and ditch maintenance activities for the City, located at 319 W Main Street, Crisfield, MD, 21817. To be considered for this contract, your business must meet City of Crisfield Stormwater and Ditch Maintenance Request for Proposals the qualifications and satisfy the requirements set forth in this Request for Proposals. This City of Crisfield Stormwater and Ditch Maintenance Request for Proposals 3 Request for Proposals identifies the requirements that are considered to be the minimum by the City. Specific details described within this Request for Proposals notwithstanding, it will be the obligation of the selected contractor to adhere to accepted industry standard methods and practices in completing work and to complete a project that is consistent in terms of quality of other City grants and projects. The proposed services must include, but need not be limited to, the following: 1. Provide a proposed list of flood prone areas that will be addressed. 2. Provide a plan for addressing each area a. Plan must include addressing environmental concerns, if needed 3. Provide a list of materials needed for each area 4. Provide a cost for completing the maintenance activities proposed 5. Provide management, as needed, including but not limited to: a. overseeing project completion. b. reporting on progress for projects to the City
