Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lansing, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The extent of the work consists of the installation of 8" sanitary sewer main, installation of manholes, sanitary sewer services, 6" water main, connection to existing mains, installation of fire hydrants, water service lines, storm sewer lines, intakes, grading, PCC curb and gutter, HMA paving, PCC sidewalks and drives, the installation of two electrical generators and other subsidiary and incidental work on and along Platt Street, 4th Street and North Street in the City of Lansing, Iowa. Est. Value: $ 1,156,491.00 Contractor shall fully complete in 85 working days with a late start date of May 5, 2025. Liquidated Damages in the amount of $1,000.00 per Working Day will be assessed for each Working Day that any work shall remain uncompleted beyond the number of Working Days allowed. The City of Lansing reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
