Keystone Central School District is accepting sealed bids according to the attached technical specifications. The Keystone Central School District Board of Directors reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or to accept any item for which the bid is submitted. The Board of School Directors reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantities, to omit any item or items, or to select single items for any bid. All vendors submitting bids must furnish labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to perform the task and anything else reasonably implied as necessary for the prompt and satisfactory completion of orders, i.e. delivery of product. Bid amounts shall include the cost of meeting the requirements of the specification, general bid requirements, terms and conditions, delivery to our dock, phased deliveries on an as-needed basis, along with the special conditions stated in the item notes. Price is used as the primary evaluation factor for the bid award for each item. Food Service Department need, quality consideration, and service consideration are also used as factors for bid awards. Contract award will be given to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Prices shown on the bid shall be deemed by the buyer to be valid for 120 days from the bid opening date.
