The City of Sunrise (hereinafter "City") intends to secure an annual term contract with a responsible and qualified company (hereinafter "Contractor") to furnish and supply Pump Mix Concrete at a fixed price, on an as needed basis, to the City of Sunrise. The purpose of this bid is to purchase Pump Mix Concrete Strength - PSI 3000 or equal on an "as needed" basis delivered to City of Sunrise rights-of-way and Facilities. Pump Mix Concrete will be ordered on an "as needed" basis for the term of the agreement. Contract shall allow for all labor, materials, supplies, transportation, services and related services to supply Pump Mix Concrete to the City on an "as needed" basis. It must also meet Florida Department of Transportation Standard Specifications latest edition for Road and Bridge Construction. Bidders shall have available a pump trailer (2" pump) and hose capable of delivering pump mix at least three hundred (300') feet from concrete truck to jobsite. All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the City of Sunrise Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person. M/wbe's Are Encouraged to Participate in the Bid Process.
