The purpose of this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") is to obtain from interested contractors their applications for prequalification ("Applications") so that the School Board Evaluation Committee may establish a list of contractors prequalified to submit bids for the Domestic Supply Plumbing Replacement at Lucketts Elementary School (the "Project"). Lucketts Elementary School: The building footprint is approximately 45,000 SF which is to be renovated. The Project includes replacing all the school's hot and cold-water supply lines, some plumbing fixtures and faucets, and all associated repair work to interior finishes as required. The project is generally comprised of, but not limited to, the following work on the Domestic Water Supply in the following areas: Bathrooms: Supply piping, fixtures, and replacement/restoration of finishes. Water Bottle Fillers and Drinking Fountains: Supply piping and fixtures. Classroom Sinks: Supply piping, fixtures and reinstall casework and finishes. Kitchen/Cafeteria: Supply piping, fixtures and reinstall equipment. Mechanical Rooms: Supply piping. Janitor Closets: Supply piping. Potential Hazardous Materials Abatement; and Wall and Ceiling restoration. Notice to Proceed is anticipated to be granted by April 2025. Construction is anticipated to begin by June 20, 2025. Substantial Completion will be no later than August 1, 2025. Final Completion will be no later than August 8, 2025.
