The Nunavut Housing Corporation (NHC) invites qualified contractors to submit proposals for establishing a prequalification list for a Master Service Agreement (MSA). This agreement will cover various services required for residential construction projects across Nunavut. The scope of this RFP includes: 1. Civil Works: Site preparation, excavation, fill, grading, drainage, and other related tasks. 2. Foundation Installation for Modulars: Piles, wooden cribs, screw jacks, space frames and other approved systems. 3. Modular Transport Services: Moving modular units from the high-water mark to designated lots. 4. Modular Installation: Positioning, securing, and assembly of modular units onto foundations. 5. Modular Finishing: External and internal finishing works, including stairs, garbage bins and Commissioning. Proponents are encouraged to submit enquiries and seek clarifications to the RFP document prior to the stated closing date and time.
