Gravel Haul and Application a. Gravel Pits: i. Pit #1 - SE 12-32-33-W1 ii. Pit #2 - NE 13-34-33-W1 iii. Pit #3 - NE 10-35-05-W2 b. There will be approximately 15,000 to 18,000 yards of gravel hauled and applied to the roads within the Municipality, with approximately 1,200 yds from Pit #3 and the remainder split between Pit #1 and #2. Maps will be provided at a later date. c. The haul shall be completed within one month from the first load. d. A gravel pile measurement map will be required afterwards to help assist in confirming the quantity hauled. e. Final payment will be paid once confirmation is completed. a. The term of this agreement shall be a one-year term, that being 2025. The municipality reserves the right to refuse or accept any or all tenders, and may not necessarily accept the lowest tender. a. The Municipality reserves the right to refuse or accept any or all tenders, and the lowest tender may not necessarily be accepted. b. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, any tender may be rejected which is incomplete, obscure, or irregular. c. The Municipality reserves the right to cancel the acceptance of any tender at any time before execution of the contract by all parties without any liability against the Municipality. b. Tenders will be awarded at the Regular Meeting of Council in January, 2025.
