Site work for a swimming pool in Columbus, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a swimming pool.

The City of Columbus Recreation and Parks Department is seeking Construction Manager at Risk services to improve the aquatics facilities at Marion Franklin Park. Marion Franklin Pool is located adjacent to the Marion Franklin Community Center (2699 Lockbourne Road, Columbus, OH 43207), in the Far South neighborhood. Work is to include pool facility replacement that is reminiscent of the City pool located at Windsor Park which underwent complete renovations in 2022. At Marion Franklin, we will be replacing the swimming pool with a new multi feature pool and dive well, as well as, renovating and updating the existing bath house. The CMR will be responsible for full construction services for the Project, which includes, but is not limited to, the following: design submittal review and preconstruction services, participation in developing the construction budget and updated construction cost estimates, participation in preparing the construction schedule (including identification of significant Project milestones for completion of the Work), prequalification of subcontractors to perform the required Work, regular reporting and management of construction, cost, schedule, and close-out phases of the Project. The goal stated is for the entire CMR contract. The CMR will need to demonstrate in this proposal on their strategy for meeting the goal. The MBE/WBE Goal for this project is: 8%
