Washington Coles Park will be a part of the Harbor Bridge Mitigation park projects and will be located of Sam Rankin and Alameda street. This project will focus on design and development of a park that will include a stage and seating, covered pavilion and vendor space, trails, Food Truck area, restrooms, large parking lot and other park amenities. This project is included in the city’s fy 2025-2027 Capital Improvement Program. As of March 24, 2025, further details regarding construction and completion timelines have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
