Renovation of an educational facility in Rochester, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of April 1, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. Project is expected to be awarded on April 10.** Electrical Fire Panel Replacement at Chamberlain Elementary School The Rochester School District reserves the right to reject all bids, to award to other than the low bidder, and to waive any informalities in the bidding. Scope of Work Demolition and Removal: Removal of the existing electrical fire panel and related components. Disposal of the old equipment in compliance with local regulations. Installation: Installation of the new non-proprietary fire alarm system, which includes all devices listed above. Mounting of 35 SPK/STR (speakers and strobes) and 18 strobe lights in accordance with NFPA 72 and local fire code regulations. Installation of 7 manual pull stations at designated areas. Mounting 25 smoke detectors and 19 heat detectors, with 4 high-temperature heat detectors for areas with extreme temperatures. Installation of 1 Monitor Module II, 1 Monitor Module, and 1 Beam Detector for specific monitoring and detection in critical areas. Mounting of 5 exterior SPK/STR speakers/strobes for outdoor emergency signaling. Installation of the FACP 5K-6820 EVS, including necessary wiring, programming, and testing to ensure full system operation. Installation of 2 EVS 50W speakers for emergency voice communication.
