PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS are to isolate and remove failed boiler offsite. Install new boiler, provide new seals where needed, refill with 60% glycol, Hydro test, reconnect boiler controls. Leak check. Put back into service. Bids are to be based upon the following: For equipment - HB Smith 19A Series oil fired Boiler Contact Brian Ritchings at (518 532-9272 from the hours of 6:30 am to 3:00 pm Monday to Friday inspect the current system.
