The appropriation of adequate funds by the proper agencies. This project is funded through HUD's Community Development Block Grant Program. The awarded contractor will be subject to federal requirements, including, but not limited to, paying federal prevailing wages per the Davis Bacon Wage Act. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any part of all bids, to waive any informality, and reserves all other rights as detailed in the Contract Documents when such action is in the best interest of the Town.
