Ogden School District (the "District" or "OSD") is accepng proposals from qualied, reputable rms for network switch equipment upgrades that will meet or exceed the specicaons listed below. Bids will be evaluated, and each requirement will be scored. A higher emphasis will be placed on inial costs, licensing costs, yearly maintenance costs, and support costs. This RFP is designed to provide interested pares with sucient basic informaon to submit proposals meeng the minimum requirements. It is not intended to limit a proposal's content or exclude any relevant proposal. Respondents are at liberty and encouraged to expand upon the specicaons to evidence service capability under any agreement. The District reserves the right to cancel any poron of the RFP if E-RATE funding is denied, not fully funded, or District funds become unavailable on a school-by-school basis.
