A. The City of Corpus Christi ("City" or "Owner") hereby issues this request for bids ("RFB"). The City is seeking bids from firms interested and qualified in utility construction. B. The project consists of the installation of approximately 2,640 LF of 16- inch water main from State Highway 286 to N. Alameda Street. The water main extension begins at the intersection of N. Brownlee Blvd/ Caldwell St. near SH 286 and progresses to the intersection of Caldwell St./ N. Alameda St., then terminates at the intersection if Alameda St./Laredo St. C. The solicitation consists of single base bid D. Contractor Self Performance - 45%. The work is to be substantially completed within 180 days.
