Project The City of Watertown (MA) is seeking proposals from qualified individuals/firms to provide on-call Retro-Commissioning (RCx) / Existing Building Commissioning (EBCx) Services to assist the Public Buildings Department in supporting renovation/construction projects at various School and Municipal buildings. Systems to be retro-commissioned are HVAC equipment, building controls, lighting control systems, and building enclosure items such as doors, windows, masonry, and roofing systems. The goal is to reduce annual energy use, emissions, and operating costs, while improving building performance and occupant safety and comfort. Qualified individuals/firms are requested to submit their proposals to the Procurement Department, Watertown City Hal Scope Retro-Commissioning (RCx) / Existing Building Commissioning (EBCx) Services are to be provided on an "on-call" basis (i.e., as the City requests construction and/or renovation work at any time as needed). The contract between the City and the individual/ Time Period for Completed Project 1 Year renewable The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
