Renovation of a municipal facility in Sarnia, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The elevator replacement design will include a new compliant elevator that will accommodate tenants on all occupied floors. This includes installation of a new passenger elevator accessible to the main entrance that will meet NBC, ACA, & AODA codes as well fire fighter emergency operation requirements, including allow for prone stretcher access. TIMELINE: An RFP for design closed, and no award was made. Coverage has been discontinued at this time.
