The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each equal to 100 percent of the contract price. The Common Council of the City of Hartford reserves the right to reject any or all bids with respect to irregularities or technicalities, or to reject all bids outright, and further, to award the contract to the contractor who, in the judgment of the Common Council, will best serve the interest of the City of Hartford. All bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 60 days after the time set for opening Bids.
