This phase of the work is to include the early structural enabling and mechanical package that is to be the predecessor to the overall renovation project of the entire Lenovo Center. Replacement will include providing, installing and powering new air-handling unit, selective demolition of existing mechanical room and creating new rooms by means of shoring and soil nailing new exterior wall.
