As of April 21, 2025, project is awarded to Kimes Construction with a bid of $215,324.50. The Scope of Work includes street improvements to the intersection of E. Main Street and Flat River Drive within the City of Park Hills and provides for the removal and replacement of concrete pavement, aggregate base, traffic signal detector loop replacement, pavement striping, traffic control and other incidental items and work described in the Project Manual, or reasonably inferable therefrom. The St. Francois County Special Road District anticipates issuing notice to proceed on or around June 20, 2025. A bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount.
