Number: 401-433 7027 Reference number: 20038988 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2025-01-08 The Municipality of Saint-Placide invites tenders by public call for projects in the form of lump-sum prices with a weighting system and evaluation of tenders, including the price for the design, supply, delivery and turnkey installation of a paved, landscaped and lighted pumptrack, including a shaded rest area in accordance with generally accepted standards. The planned work should be based on recognized industry guides. The pumptrack will be located at Cyrille-Lalande Park, 281 Montée Saint-Vincent, next to the ball park facilities. The track must be a minimum of 100m.li. A maximum area of 2,500 m2 is available for the integration of pumptrack. The work will be carried out in the Municipality of Saint-Placide and may begin as soon as the contract is awarded. The work must respect the schedule contained in the technical specifications and be completed before the construction vacations. Contract award February 2025; Provision of preliminary plans March 2025; Provision of plans and specifications for construction April 2025; Start of construction end of April 2025; End of construction July 18, 2025. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
