This Invitation for Bids (IFB) is issued to procure the goods or services, as specified in this Section 2, from a contract between the successful bidder(s) and the State of Maryland, State Highway Administration, District - 7 Maintenance Facility located at 5111 Buckeystown Pike, Frederick Maryland 21704 is solicitating a lump sum bid for a Contractor to finish the interior of two 12'x 32' shed buildings located in Frederick County. Within each shed structure the Contractor shall furnish and install approximately (832sq feet of R-13 fiberglass insulation, furnish, hang, and finish approximately (1,100sq feet) of drywall, prime/paint approximately (1,100 sq feet per coat) of interior gypsum board surface furnish and install approximately (384sq feet) of luxury vinyl plank waterproof floor, furnish and install approximately (85 liner feet) of 4" vinyl cove base, furnish and install a 100-amp NEMA rated waterproof electrical panel, service mast with weather head and associated breakers, wiring, receptacles, receptacle covers LED lights and furnish and install one new MR-COOL model DYI-12-HP-WM-115C25 mini split system 115 Volt 12K 22 Seer heating and cooling unit including wall sleeve in each of the shed structure. The Contractor shall construct a porch deck and lean to overhang at the entry door.
