This is a construction project for which the Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and perform services in accordance with the project scope and construction specifications and drawings to: Demolish existing dock access sidewalk slab and ramp, Demolish the existing CMU block masonry retaining wall, Demolish approximately 120 linear feet of 4-foot-wide concrete waterside sidewalk, Install sheet pile cut-off wall to create new bulkhead, Construct new concrete sidewalk slab with stairs, Construct new waterside sidewalk, Construct new retaining wall, Provide new landscaping with synthetic turf, Run existing overhead electrical underground.
