Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Only qualified Contractors will be considered for award of this Contract. In order to be considered qualified; the Contractor shall have been successfully pre-qualified under Prequalification No. P22-43 Category "A" to submit a Tender for the Work of this Contract. This opportunity has been posted to NBON as requested by subcontractors and suppliers so that they can be prepared should any qualified Contractors request their support. Deadline to Submit Questions January 21, 2025 All written questions and other communications made by the Bidder prior to execution of the Contract are to be directed solely to the Procurement Officer. Under no circumstances is the Bidder to contact any other City employee or consultant for information. Bidders are further advised that should a Bidder be found to be in breach of this Section 9.1, the Bidder may be disqualified from participation in the Tender and its Bid rejected. All questions are to be submitted via e-mail to the attention of the Procurement Officer using the "Question and Answer Template" attached to these Instructions to Bidders.
