Work under this Contract may generally be described to include, but not be limited to the following: Procurement and general requirements, temporary facilities; cutting and patching; minor demolition; coldformed metal framing; rough carpentry; finish carpentry; thermal insulation; joint sealers; fiberglass doors; sectional doors; door hardware; glazing; gypsum board assemblies; tiling; painting and coating; horizontal louvered blinds; manufactured plastic-laminate countertop; electrical, and all other work and related materials as indicated on the Contract Drawings, as specified herein, and as required for the complete and proper execution of the Work. This outline is a general indication of the requirements of this Contract and is not intended to be all inclusive. The complete Contract Documents in their entirety, to include any and all addenda, form the basis of the responsibility of this Contract All work of this contract shall be coordinated with other Prime Contractors involved in the project. All work shall additionally be coordinated with all other activities, construction, or others at each site throughout the progress of the work of this project. The General Contractor shall use all means possible and shall be responsible for coordinating the installation of all materials of this Contract with work of all other trades involved with this project. All work shall be done in strict accordance with the Contract Documents and in compliance with all applicable Local, State and Federal Codes. Question Deadline 02/19/2025 No interpretations of the plans, specifications or other contract documents will be made to any bidder orally. All requests for such interpretations shall submitted in writing to BCA Architects & Engineers (on the attached RFI Form). To be given consideration a request for interpretation the RFI form must be received at least six (6) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. Any and all interpretations and any supplemental instructions will be issued in the form of written addenda Work Schedule 1. Commence: April 18, 2025 2. Substantial Completion: May 30, 2025
