Construction of a wastewater lift station expandable to 5 MGD Average Daily Flow (ADF) adjacent to the Pittsboro Wastewater Treatment Plant. The new lift station will convey flow through the Pittsboro Force Main (Separate Contract) and discharge to the City of Sanford's Little Buffalo Lift Station. Review of Project Scope a. Construction of a wastewater lift station expandable to 5 MGD Average Daily Flow (ADF) adjacent to the Pittsboro Wastewater Treatment Plant. The new lift station will convey flow through the Pittsboro Force Main (Separate Contract) and discharge to the City of Sanford's Little Buffalo Lift Station. b. All supervision, labor, materials, equipment, tools, incidentals, and related items required for construction of the project as shown in the plans and included in the specifications. c. Instrumentation and SCADA work for the new improvements where applicable. In general, flow meters, level instruments and equipment associated with SCADA work will be provided by Custom Control Unlimited, LLC (CCU), SCADA systems integrator, as part of this project, with installation by the Contractor or their sub-contractors.
