All Locations-WEEKLY--Mow, edge, and trim the properties of the Madisonville Housing Authority and adjoining fence rows, weed control in all mulched areas and removing grass clippings after mowing and trimming from all hardscapes once weekly with frequency decreased by direction of the Maintenance Supervisor or Executive Director when conditions merit. Old Browning Springs, New Browning Springs, Family Investment Center, Main Office and Community Room at Adrian Circle-April 1st-May 1st Remove any weeds and debris from existing mulched areas Treat existing beds with systemic weed control agent to slow future growth Apply new (Brown) mulch to existing mulched areas Old Browning Springs, New Browning Springs, Family Investment Center, Main Office and Community Room at Adrian Circle-October 1st November 1st Trim existing bushes, shrubs, and flowering plants in the mulched areas to the highest professional standard. Remove all debris from property prior to mowing. Maintain all flower beds through weed removal. 2.40 acres - Old Browning Springs complex 1.28 acres - Rosenwald complex 2.95 acres - New Browning Springs complex (includes field next to complex) % acre - Community Center Field 1.69 acres Carver Court complex 5.13 acres James Baker (Adrian Circle) complex All materials, equipment, supplies, labor and insurance will be provided by the contractor.
