Purpose The City of Leander, herein after "City", seeks to enter into an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm or Corporation, herein after "Respondent", to provide construction services for the delivery of the City of Leander Pond Maintenance 2025 project. 2. Background The Work consists of the removal of all sediment, debris, and unwanted vegetation within the splitter box, sedimentation ponds, and storm outfalls and other maintenance work.
