Renovation of an educational facility in Thousand Oaks, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
1. Replace 6 existing rooftop packaged air conditioner with new, York or Carrier brand. Unit to be minimum equivalent to capacity, voltage and accessories of existing. Title 24 compliant. Include economizer and barometric relief. 2. Demolish existing curb and wood platform below curb. Provide new factory curb with factory seismic hold downs. 3. Add framing and/or blocking to accommodate new curbs. Roofing by others 4. Modify ductwork as needed to adapt to existing plenum drops. 5. Provide all necessary materials and labor to reconnect electrical, thermostat controls and condensate drains. 6. Provide Roof Jack if necessary for patch by others 7. Provide new Venstar T4950SCH-IAQ thermostat. 8. Provide startup of new equipment. Submit startup report 9. Contractor is responsible for removal of all units and materials from jobsite. No materials are to be left on the roof once complete 10. Contractor will be responsible for lifts / cranes to accomplish this work. Awarded contractor to coordinate with Project Manager on timing of these lifts. HVAC Replacement Estimate $60,000 to $200,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
