Reference Number 0000371220 Job Location: Colorado Springs Colorado Springs Utilities (Utilities) is seeking a Design-Build team to perform alternatives analysis, design, and construction services to replace the Penrose Reservoir/Dam with raw water tank storage ranging from 10MG to 17MG. Utilities is open to alternatives with consideration of number of tanks, sizing, layout, material, and method of construction. Utilities has selected a Progressive Design-Build approach to accommodate a fast-track schedule to complete alternatives analysis and design phases. This announcement is not a solicitation.
