Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Medicine Hat, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The City of Medicine Hat (CMH) Electrical Generation facility is located at 1502 Power House Road SW, Medicine Hat, Alberta. The main plant has two LM6000 and to LM2500 gas turbines and two steam turbines operating in combined cycle to provide electricity to the City of Medicine Hat and the Alberta grid. The plant is supplied instrument air through two air compressor/ dryer/ receiver trains which provide full redundancy, Compressor 'A' and Compressor 'B'. Compressor & Dryer 'B' have reached the end of their lives and will be replaced in 2025. CMH Electric Generation is requesting a Proposal for Supply and Delivery of a new air compressor and dryer.
