Bids shall be presented in a dollar per liquid pound format and include delivery costs, fees and any other related expense. This is an annual award for the period of January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025. Expected demand for this period is 16,000 gallons however the City reserves the right to increase or decrease actual quantities ordered. Alum shall be delivered upon order to the Cassville Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). Each order will be approximately four-thousand (4,000) gallons to be pumped into four (4) twelve-hundred (1,100) gallon tanks. Deliveries shall be scheduled on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. A current certificate of analysis shall be included with the bid, as well as with every load delivered. Bidder shall have an A-level Missouri Wastewater operator on staff; a current copy of operator certification shall also be included with the bid.
