Renovation of 2 Dwelling Units Needing Both Bathroom and Flooring o removing Entire Popcorn Ceiling Throughout Entire Unit, o removing and Replacing All Patched, Damaged, or Stained Walls, Texture & Repaint Entire Unit. o removing All Layers of Floor Tile and Placing With New Floor Tile Throughout the Entire Unit, o Replacing All Baseboards/trim Throughout Unit and Install New Painted Ones, Exterior Doors Must Be Completely Repainted or if Need to Replace Must Install Completely Painted Exterior/interior Doors, o replacing Doorknobs and Door Stops Throughout Entire Unit. o replace & Install Light Fixtures, Light Switches, Electrical Outlets & Cover Plates & Ceiling/wall Vents. *kitchen Faucets Replaced, Cabinets Repaired & Repainted Entirely (in/out) or Replaced obathroom Replacement of New Tub, Tub Surround, Shower Faucets and Showerhead, Vanity Lavatory With P-trap & Faucets & Commode, Replace Cut Off Valves, Remove All Bathroom Ceiling & Walls and Install New Water-resistant Sheetrock and Paint, Must Add Vinyl to Shower Window Trim. oinstall New Vent/light/heater Fixture, Install New Medicine Cabinet Any Additional Findings That Need to Be Repaired or Replaced Will Be Done Once Working Foreman and Director Give Approval.
