Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
A. Removal and replacement of the portions of the exterior plaza brick paver system to relevel/modify slopes for areas of shifting and settling pavers to meet ADA Guidelines for access to doors and sidewalks B. Remove full height mirrors from restrooms C. Remove/retrofitting/replacement of select portions of the Men's and Women's restrooms for specific renovations for ADA compliance, includes accessories, partitions, toilets, countertops, sinks, finishes, and lighting D. Installation of new ADA restroom signage The project must be completed by 120 working days after award. If you cannot meet this deadline, please fill out the ''Statement of No Bid” form included in this packet, stating this as the reason.
