Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: A. Removal and replacement of the portions of the exterior plaza brick paver system to relevel/modify slopes for areas of shifting and settling pavers to meet ADA Guidelines for access to doors and sidewalks B. Remove full height mirrors from restrooms C. Remove/retrofitting/replacement of select portions of the Men's and Women's restrooms for specific renovations for ADA compliance, includes accessories, partitions, toilets, countertops, sinks, finishes, and lighting D. Installation of new ADA restroom signage As of December 23, 2024, a general cotractor has not yet been selected for this project. A firm connstruction timeline for this project has not yet been released. Per ADDA 2 NOTE: NEW BID DUE/OPENING DATE/TIME: Wednesday, February 05, 2025 @ 3:00 p.m. LT Per Addendum 1 CANCEL: MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING January 08, 2025 @ 10:00 a.m. Local Time The project must be completed by 120 working days after award. If you cannot meet this deadline, please fill out the ''Statement of No Bid" form included in this packet, stating this as the reason.
