Site work for a civil project in Liberty, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Glenn Avenue Embankment, Liberty Borough. Restoration of embankment along road- installation of slurry mix concrete 9.6 CY, 223 T of R-8 rip-rap, remove guiderail 165 LF, saw cut 165 LF, mill street 200 SY, 1 1/2" 9.5mm wearing 220 SY, wedge curb 165 LF, and other appurtenances as required by Borough and engineer. Proposals to receive consideration must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidder's Bond from a Surety Company authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, made to the order of The Steel Rivers Council of Governments and in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the Proposal as a guarantee that, if the Proposal is accepted, the successful Bidder will immediately enter into Agreement after the Notice of Award of the Contract and commence start of contracted work immediately thereafter. The SRCOG reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all proposals, or any part thereof. No Bidder may reject their bid for the period as specified in the Project Bid documents after the scheduled closing time for Receipt of Bids.
