Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Billings, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

** As of today February 14,2025 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The project consists of the reconstruction of 9th Avenue South and 10th Avenue South in the Billings South Side Triangle. The 9th Avenue South reconstruction limits generally extend from the alley west of South 31st Street to the west side of South 27th Street. The 10th Avenue South reconstruction limits generally extend from the east side of South 30th Street to the west side of South 28th Street (South Broadway Street). Included in the work will be full depth reconstruction of the existing streets, including the removal and replacement of asphalt pavement and crushed base course, removing portions of existing concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, accessible ramps, and approaches, and replacing or installing new concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, accessible ramps, approaches, and storm drain infrastructure. Other miscellaneous items include landscape restoration, pavement markings, and street signage. Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond payable to the "City of Billings, MT" in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. Successful BIDDERS shall furnish an approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Insurance as required shall be provided by the successful BIDDER(s) and a certificate(s) of that insurance shall be provided. Bids submitted via email shall have the bid bond scanned and included with the bid. Bids submitted via mail or hand delivered shall have any of the bid securities included.
