Site work for a mixed-use development in Minden, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Scope of Work: The Contractor shall provide all labor and materials in order to install a 1000 gallon above ground propane tank for the Department of Public Safety (DPS). The new tank shall be placed on a pre-existing concrete pad by the Contractor that is 20 feet wide x 40 feet long x 4 inches high. The cradles shall be approximately 3 feet at the base and approximately 2 feet high. All work shall be pressure tested for leaks by the Contractor. 1000 gallon Propane Tank shall have the following components: Two Leg Stands made from 6 inch channel iron 100ft 1/8 inch Air Hose 1 1/4 inch Internal Valve with flat handle Jomar Ball Valve 1 1/4 inch (R250 1 1/4 inch) or equal Two 2"x20' Schedule 40 DWV PE PVC PIPE Rotary Actuator A3213RA or equal Adjustable 3-35 PSI High Pressure bottle Regulator Rubber Hose 15' 1/4 3/8 Female Flared Ends Pigtail Rubber POL x 1/4 IF x 48" QCC Quick Fill Coupling x 1/4 MPT Hydrostatic Relief Valve ME449H or equal Liquid transfer valve 3/4 x 3/4 with MEH225 or equal
