Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lower Nazareth Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of road realignment, including excavation, backfill, milling and overlay, paving, full-depth reconstruction, pavement markings and signing, curbing, storm sewer, labor, equipment, materials, and all other associated work listed herein and as indicated on the plans. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check drawn to the order of Lower Nazareth Township or a Bid Bond in favor of Lower Nazareth Township in the amount of 10% of the total bid price. Said check or bond shall be subject to the conditions in the Instructions to Bidders. The work on this project constitutes Public Works by a Public Body under the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Bidders are advised that workers on this project must be paid the prevailing minimum wage rates promulgated by the Pennsylvania Secretary of Labor. No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days of the opening date.
