Description

Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a multi-residential development.

The Chattanooga Land Bank Authority ("Land Bank"), is soliciting proposals from qualified nonprofit and for-profit developers to acquire and develop 4520 Oakland Avenue, located in the Alton Park neighborhood, for affordable housing in accordance with this Request for Proposals ("RFP"). The Land Bank will convey this parcel, at no cost, to the selected developer(s) subject to the terms of a development agreement. The selected developer will be responsible for all phases of development, including construction, marketing, and renting or selling the units.
