All work furnished under this Project Manual shall be installed at the following location in accordance with the Contract Documents: 1. Flooring shown not to be removed must be covered with poly and high traffic areas should be covered with poly and Masonite to protect the existing flooring. The flooring protection must be monitored and corrected if showing signs of deterioration. If damage occurs, that contractor will be responsible to clean and if that is not sufficient it will be replaced by the contractor at their expense. Contractor is to cover owner items with poly while construction activity is taking place in that room, ie; book shelves, desks, etc. When working in a clean room, ie; computer lab or data closet, contractor is to maintain cooling, and dust free environment as to not damage equipment, Temporary enclosures may be needed to protect equipment.
