**As of February 21, 2025, the project was awarded to Hurckman Mechanical Inc. with an awarded amount of $649,500** CONTRACTOR shall provide all items, articles, materials, operations or methods mentioned or scheduled on the Drawings or herein specified: including all labor, supervision, equipment, incidentals, taxes, and permits necessary to complete the Work as described within the Contract Documents. CONTRACTOR shall install all items provided by OWNER as mentioned or scheduled on the Drawings or herein specified. The work of this Contract generally includes removing the existing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment and replacing these systems with new HVAC systems. Prequalification Information Requests must be received by 11 a.m. local time, on Tuesday, January 14, 2025. BID SECURITY: Bid Security in the amount of not less than 5% of the Bid shall accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. CONTRACT SECURITY: The Bidder to whom a Contract is awarded shall furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each in an amount equal to the Contract Price. BID REJECTION/ACCEPTANCE: The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive informalities in bidding, or to accept the Bid or Bids, which best serves the interests of the Owner. BID WITHDRAWAL: No Bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 115 days after the scheduled opening of the Bids without the consent of the Owner.
