This document provides that the City of Sherbrooke is mandated to prepare a tender for the purchase of distribution transformers. It is therefore on behalf of the City of Sherbrooke, but also on behalf of the cities mentioned above, that the City of Sherbrooke is requesting tenders for the acquisition of new (unreconditioned) air-type distribution transformers. The contract is for a planned term of 5 years with the possibility of a 5-year extension. Any request for equivalency approval must be submitted no later than 72 hours before the date on which the bidding process is expected to be opened.
