The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, power, tools, equipment, supplies, permits and any other means of construction necessary or proper for performing and completing the Scope of Work, unless otherwise specifically stated. Contractor shall review and the follow attached construction plans provided by CPH Consulting, LLC. Scope of work consists of the construction of a new one-story, 2,800 SF pre-engineered metal building used for vehicle storage. The building shall be supported by concrete piles and grade beams. The scope of work also includes demolition of existing structures, pavement, and utilities as shown on the attached drawings. Contractor shall remove and dispose of all debris and materials in accordance with all local, state, and/or federal regulations. The scope of work also includes various site improvements such as site regrading, new electrical conduit connection, new water service connection, construction of retaining walls, asphalt paving including construction of driveway and parking spaces, construction of heavy-duty concrete pavement apron, and construction of a concrete sidewalk. The Monroe County Purchasing Department hereby directs that bids be submitted via the electronic bidding platform. There is no cost to the bidder to use the online platform.
