The Project will be awarded as a single overall contract in accordance with N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-18. Contract SOC - 1 Single Overall Contract Commencing on Friday, December 20, 2024, bid documents for this project will be available for review only between the hours of 9:00 a.m. & 4:00 p.m. on business days at the offices of LAN Associates, Engineering, Planning, Architecture, Surveying, Inc. (LAN), 445 Godwin Avenue, Midland Park, NJ 07432. Bid documents shall be available via an email link. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-26, in order to submit a Bid for the Project, Bidders shall be classified by the New Jersey Department of the Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction in C032 (HVACR). Bidders on this project must also identify and include a subcontractor classified in C047 (Electrical) if the bidder is not classified to perform such work. Additional subcontractors, if any, shall be in accordance with the project specifications. In addition, the bidder, or bidder's subcontractors, must comply with the identification and classification requirements of N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-18, to the extent the services of a prime trade-classified contractor or subcontractor are required on the project, per the specification.
