The overall project consists of a new single story 30,495 square foot Police facility which will be bid in two separate packages. Bid Package 1, advertised here, includes and is limited to all scopes of work that can be performed under an Early Grading Permit which is inclusive of demolition of existing structures, tree removal and protection, SWPPP, earthwork, site utilities and stone gravity retaining walls. Trades are invited to come and go at their convenience between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm and will be able to review the project documents and submit pre-bid RFI's. Bidders may submit their proposals prior to the stated date and time via email to todd@fpibuilders.com The overall project carries a W/MBE participation goal of 25%. It is the policy of the City of Fort Worth to ensure the full and equitable participation of Business Equity Firms, when applicable, in City-funded contracts greater than $100,000.00.
