Medium Voltage EPR, 28 KV Power Pole Cable The City of Lake Worth Beach is soliciting bids from responsible and experienced entities to successfully supply and deliver Medium Voltage EPR, 28 KV Power Pole Cable on an as needed basis, for the City's Electric Utilities Department. Any contract executed as a result of this IFB may be funded, in whole or in part, by a federal grant (Department of Energy Grid Resilience and Innovation Partnerships grant), which federal grant requires compliance with all applicable federal law, regulations, executive orders, policies, procedures, directives and special clauses. All persons or entities responding to the IFB (hereafter "Bidders") are responsible for ensuring that their bid is received by the City at its' designated office address by the deadline indicated in the IFB. The City will in no way be responsible for delays caused by any occurrence. Bids shall not be submitted and will not be accepted in by e-mail, telephone, telegram, facsimile or any other City's address except as notified below. The time of receipt shall be determined by the time clock in Financial Services Department.
