Winchester, Indiana 47394 D. Project Description: The project consists of replacing the existing VRF air conditioning system with a new hydronic based fan coil unit system. Project also includes an alternate bid to expand the chilled water plant capacity. E. Substantial completion for the Base Bid of the project shall be complete on or before August 1, 2025. Any interpretation or corrections to Bid Documents arising from bid questions will be made by addendum only. J. Bid security in the amount of 10% of the Bid must accompany the Bid. L.
