Start date estimated time in June.** Fire Station-2 Interior Remodel Only general contractors who have a Colorado/City of Canon City, General Contractors License with experience in major remodels will be eligible to bid on the Project. Project Description Partial interior demolition and remodel of an existing 1-story fire station in Canon City, Colorado. Existing square footage is approximately 5,800 square feet for the remodel area. The remodel consists of new living areas, kitchen, toilet and bathrooms, sleeping quarters, and storage areas. New mechanical and electrical systems included. The District has the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any or all Bids and to waive any irregularities in any Bids received.
