The Government is initiating a project to replace the existing asphalt parking lot with a new, low embodied carbon concrete parking lot. The existing asphalt parking surface is deteriorating and has cracks throughout its surface. The parking surface is well over 20 years old and needs to be replaced to keep the base materials from washing away. The parking lot is used on a daily basis and GSA would like to make the lot secure by installing a perimeter fence. The parking lot is approximately 45,0000 sf. The estimated price range for the Project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The Government will attempt to answer all requests for clarifications or interpretations of the Solicitation Documents prior to the date set for receipt of offers, but do not warrant that all such requests will be answered within 15 calendar days. Prospective Offerors should make such requests not less than 15 calendar days prior to the date set for receipt of offers. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
