Design and construct a sidewalk on the west side of N. Second Avenue (SR 1006), from E. Fourth Street to West Eleventh Street (US 64) in Siler City. The scope of this project includes design, environmental documentation, and engagement and updates provided to Town staff. This scope should only include preliminary engineering, environmental documentation and design. Right-of-way acquisition/negotiation, utility relocation and construction will be addressed later since funding cannot be authorized for these phases yet.
